Add text

This is the main functionality for creating publications in the system. It is designed to offer multiple options and flexibility - most text structuring tasks can be performed in several different ways, according to user preferences.

Add and edit text content

To add text content to the page, use the "Add Text" button. When clicked, a new text block is created in which you can enter or paste your own text.

You have the option of entering all the text in one block or structuring it into several separate blocks, depending on your needs. Each block supports a heading (H2), which is used both for better readability and for automatic content generation.

Text Editor (WYSIWYG)

Each text block includes a visual text editor (WYSIWYG) that allows you to format the content without the need for HTML. Standard options such as:

  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Strikethrough
  • Headlines (H2, H3, H4)
  • Blockquote
  • Tables
  • Lists
  • etc.

In the text block you can add single photos or YouTube videos. From menus, you can add emoji 😎 or special characters ♥ to the text. The Clips menu loads redefined text to quickly insert into your posts. The content of the redefined texts can be edited in "Other/Text/Group UV" - r_clip_text.

If the AI option is enabled in your project - you will also see a menu with different tools for working with the text - Enhance, Shorten, Rewrite, Write, Edit, Translate.

Delete texts block

Deleting a block of text is done via the three dot menu on the right and clicking on "Delete".

😪 Deleting a text block is irreversible.

Templates for blocks

In addition to text formatting, each block can be styled by selecting predefined templates. The templates are selected from the three-dot menu on the right.

  • Text- standard block for entering content.
  • Instruction – designed to present directions or steps.
  • Note – used to highlight important information.
  • Table of Contents – automatically generates a list of internal links to all headings (H2) of the blocks on the page.

Text blocks provide a visualization that is as close as possible to the actual appearance of the publication when published. At any time, you can use the "Preview" button to see how the content will look live - even when the post is not yet active and inaccessible to end users.
