When using local video files, be aware of their significant size and take this into account with available server capacity. For optimal processing of video content, the system relies on specialized software such as FFMpeg that allows thumbnail creation, processing and other features.

After a video file is uploaded, the system begins a processing process that may take some time. The length of this process depends on the file size and other technical factors. During processing, you will see a red "clock" icon next to the video in the administration panel, signaling that it is not yet active in the public area of the site.

The video content setup interface offers a variety of customization options. You can select the desired aspect ratio of the video as well as a specific frame to serve as the cover. These settings allow for optimal presentation of the video in the context of your publication.

For videos with limited distribution rights, the system provides an automatic deactivation feature. You can set an end date after which the video will be automatically removed from public access. This feature is especially useful for managing content with temporary licenses or for time-limited campaigns.

Add a YouTube video

Adding YouTube videos is simplified to entering the URL in the appropriate field. After clicking the "Filter" button, the system retrieves the video cover. Selecting it automatically embeds the video in your post, making the process of enriching content with external video easier.
